Do you charge per email sent?
No. Coldletter prices on capability — templates, journeys, and seats. Your email provider (SendGrid, Postmark, SES…) bills you for actual delivery. We never put a tax on top of every send.
Which providers can I connect?
SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, Mailgun, Resend, and SparkPost today, with more on the way. You can connect several and route per-template or per-journey.
Can I switch providers without rebuilding templates?
Yes — that’s the point. Templates are provider-agnostic. Change a route in settings and your next send goes out the new path. No template edits required.
Is there a free tier?
Starter is free forever for up to 10,000 emails a month, one provider, and ten templates. No credit card required to begin.
What counts as a “journey”?
A journey is one automated flow — a trigger plus its sends, waits, and branches. The welcome series in our demo is a single journey.
